Dive Term of the Day

FROG KICK: A propulsion technique where the legs make an up, out, in, together, and glide manuever. It is a sideways style kick versus an up and down kick that most divers use. Many divers prefer this style of kick for better buoyancy characteristics and to prevent silting. With some practice, the frog kick can be very comfortable and useful as a \"change up stroke\" to help eliminate cramping.
