Academy of Scuba is the Newest DAN Training Center
The Academy of Scuba, a DAN Business Member operation in Phoenix, AZ, has become Divers Alert Network’s newest DAN Training Center.
A DAN Training Center (DTC) is the highest recognition level of DAN Business Memberships. The DTCs are the Business Members who are committed to promoting dive safety through DAN Training programs, most notably, the DES, or Diving Emergency Specialist, program.
“The Academy Staff accomplished this feat through the dedication to DAN’s Diving Emergency Specialist program. The Academy of Scuba staff is working diligently to put their best fin forward toward dive safety,” said John Flanders, DES Instructor at the Academy of Scuba.
